Sønderborg Distillery

Our distillery is placed in the central part of the city Sønderborg. With a passion for gin we established the first distillery in newer times February 2018 in the Southern part of Danmark. Our starting point has been traditional distilling in copper distills like it has been done in centuries with focus on craftmanship and quality. We have a 100% organic production using 40 liter distills with everything done by hand. Our Distillery

Distilling is done in 40 liter copper distills as done for centuries. The experience and knowledge about the process known by the master distiller is directly impacting the result. We run a 100% organic production with only the best raw materials we can find. Focus on a sustainable production which show consideration to the environment. Read more about our distillery here

Danish Gin

All our gins are organic, handcrafted and distilled in small batches. Distilled af London Dry Gin method where the taste is created during distillation. The quality is substantiated by several prices won nationally and internationally. Read more about our gins here

Resellers

You can purchase our products through our resellers or via the online shop. You can have our products sent to you or arrange a pick-up at the distillery.

Private Label

Do you have a wish to create your own unique products, we can help. We have the possibility to produce very small batches and upwards. We can support product development and have a cooperation with a label designer. Read more about Private label

Should you have any questions regarding our disitllery you are always welcome to send us a mail. It’s possible to visit our distillery when making an appointment in advance.
